Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some Frequently Asked Questions we get often from potential clients and referring agencies. If you have a question that is not listed on here, please call or text 425-583-5022. 

ENROLLING IN COURSES or PANELS

Question: How do I enroll in a course or panel?​

​

Answer: You can enroll directly on our website. Just visit the Virtual Courses & Enrollment page and pay for the appropriate course you're interested in. It is also very important to also scroll down towards the bottom of that same webpage and fill out the Google fillable form with all of your information on it. We need both your payment and enrollment form to get you started. Once we receive both of those items, we will be mailing out the corresponding workbook to your home mailing address, usually shipped out within 5 days of enrollment but sometimes a little longer if we are waiting on a supply of workbooks. *Please make sure we have your correct mailing address on file to prevent workbooks getting lost or delayed.

** If enrolling in one of our panels, please be sure to also fill out the Google fillable forms at the bottom of those pages as well. We need those enrollment forms to be able to email the instructions and Zoom links.

Question: How does my attorney or court get notified of my enrollment? 

​

Answer: Within 10 days of receiving the payment and enrollment form, we will email an Enrollment Verification Letter to your referring agency or person - the email you provide to us on your enrollment form. 

​

Question: Do you send out Monthly Progress Reports? 

​

Answer: Once a course if begun, we will be generating and sending out Monthly Progress Reports to your referring agency or person - the one you listed on your enrollment form (release of information). If you would like to include or remove agencies or individuals from receiving your monthly reports, please contact our office. 

​

Question: How soon can I start the Course? 

​

Answer: Once you receive the workbook in the mail, text 425-583-5022 to let us know you have received it. (Do not write in the workbook until told to do so). You will then be asked to select a group time and day - choose a group that you can attend each week without any conflict. Some groups have immediate start dates, while others may have a waitlist. Make sure you have downloaded the Zoom app and have a working camera and microphone on your device.

Question: How can I get the Zoom ID and Password for my Course? 

​

Answer: Once you select a group and a spot becomes available for you, you will be provided with instructions and the Zoom group meeting ID and password for your group. Please write down your Zoom ID and password in your workbook so you don't misplace it. You will be required to be on camera and show your work during group. 

​

* Please note: admittance will be prohibited of anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or anyone whose actions or behavior are otherwise inappropriate. The facilitator holds the right to mute, remove, or recommend for discharge anyone who breaks any of the program rules.
